  • Tier names, prices, and key perks
  • Trial offer

4. Forecast assumptions

  • Subscriber or viewer targets (12-month)
  • ARPU assumption
  • Churn assumption

5. Next 3 experiments (90-day)

  • What are you testing?
  • What metric determines success?
  • Who owns each experiment?
